Using Windows and PHP 5.1 and Apache: the systems looks for extensions in the directory c:\php5\ext,
extension_dir seems to be ignored yet. So if you get "unable to load dynamic library",
though are files are available, move the php-directory to c:\php5, change the directory-settings in
the httpd.conf and php.ini and restart the server.
