note 66013 rejected from function.simplexml-load-string by nlopess

Note Submitter: dave at propertysolutions dot com ---- For some reason when I am using this function multiple times in the same script, my script immediately times out in one particular part of the script when I try to call this function. No error is thrown or anything. Anyone have any idea if this function can cause some kind of a memory leak.
