note 66088 added to function.snmpget

Unfortunately, It appears that you can not put multiple objects into the snmpget function, ie: sysUpTime.0 ifInOctets.1 ifOutOctets.1. For what it's worth, the time argument is in nano-seconds as previously mentioned.
