Looks like curl_setopt() does not take arrays under CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS. Make sure you call
http_build_query() in order to build the query string.
$vars = array("abc" => "value");
curl_setopt($ch,CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS,http_build_query($vars));
