note 66435 added to install.windows.apache2

I found the following by searching the bugs page: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=37370 it describes downloading php-5.2 as it has a dll in there specifically for apache 2.2. Download from http://snaps.php.net/win32/php5.2-win32-latest.zip but remember when you edit your httpd.conf to refer to "php5apache2_2.dll" as your dll file, not php5apache2.dll !!
