note 66916 added to ref.mssql

I installed the latest php build (5.1.4) on our win2k3 server. After configuring, and adding dlls for mssql server functions, I was getting errors such as: Warning: mssql_connect(): Unable to connect to server ... The code I was using worked perfectly fine on our other servers. After much confusion, I discovered the 5.1.4 version of ntwdblib.dll was the culprit. I replaced it with the dll from version 5.1.1, and it worked perfectly.
