note 67197 added to ref.ssh2

I couldn't get pear install ssh2-beta to work, so I tried the manual installation. I followed the instructions: phpize && ./configure --with-ssh2 && make Copy ssh2.so from the directory indicated by the build process to the location specified in your php.ini file under extension_dir.
