I write a small function that return the number of time that you find a weekday (Monday,Tuesday,...)
in an year;
function countWeekDay($WD,$year) {
$d=$WD-date("w",mktime(0,0,0,1,1,$year));
$n=0;
for($i==0;$i<54;$i++){
$time=mktime(0,0,0,1,1+$d+($i*7),$year);
if(date("Y",$time)==$year) $n++;
}
return $n;
}
$WD is the weekday Monday = 1;
