Using header to set a session cookie
(because our legacy CGI programs can't
urldecode the cookies that PHP is
urlencoding), the following works in
Navigator, but not IE:
header("Set-Cookie: u=$u; expires=0; path=/;");
For something that works in IE as well
as Navigator, use:
header("Set-Cookie: u=$u; path=/;");
