note 68029 added to function.acosh

To the person below... I think that a good PHP programmer can easily take this problem and make a useful function that does the same job on the windows platform. I am unfortunately not that person, but to have such a lack of respect for such a great language that is open source... (i.e: time spent by talented/skilled people to bring this competitive language to the masses for a very very affordable price) is not really a place for you to say. If anything it is very courteous of the PHP team to spend time making this open source language compatible on a windows platform... But hey, this comment should really balance out the bad comment made.
