note 68317 rejected from install.windows.iis by nlopess

Note Submitter: ---- I have install php manually. I am using php 4 with Xp IIS 5 when i test the browser shows blank page. i check the configration setting now i dont have CGI binary folder nor .dll files or folder in server are they important? how can i do load it? therefore so i completed only php4isapi.dll add in extensions etc but still php is not working also i want to know that in php.ini file user_dir = ( what is this for dir ??? ) and is this right way to define values with "" or no need doc_root = "c:\inetpub\wwwroot" extension_dir = "C:\PHP" should i enable or no need ; Windows: "\path1;\path2" include_path = ".;c:\php\includes" i put cgi.force_redirect = 0 but still .php is not working kindly guide me
