note 11560 added to get_browser

You all talk about Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. But, first one should detect the version. Yes there are still some IE3/NN3 users out there. And what about linux users, Mac users? What about PDAs? Browscaps doesn't just detect the browser's name and version. it alos says if it supports frames and things like that. Want your website accessible to bots (ie search engines) ? add some <noframes>. But it'll slow down a little those thousands of visitors with regular browsers. Anyway. http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.get-browser.php
