That's indeed strange behaviour
echo strftime("%d-%m-%Y", strtotime("31 july 2006 -1 month"));
Gives 01-07-2006, ofcourse just found out yesterday. Really stupid behaviour if you ask me and
should be corrected.
When I want to substract 1 month I expect it to be 1 month not 30 days.
