Sorry but the above code has a bug. To correct it, replace the line from "//fragment" the
end with:
// fragment or query
if (isset($url['fragment'])){
$uri .= '#'.$url['fragment'];
} elseif (isset($url['query'])){
$uri .= '?'.$url['query'];
}
return $uri;
}
