Some scripts use following format on mktime:
<?php
$date = mktime("", "", "", 10, 1, 10);
?>
As PHP 5.1+, parameters cannot be a empty string, should be integer, so, you must use:
<?php
$date = mktime(0, 0, 0, 10, 1, 10);
?>
