note 68643 added to function.mysqli-stmt-execute

Has anyone noticed that none of the mysqli examples involving prepared statements works? Just dump any of them into Xampp or Wamp5 and you get nothing but errors and warnings. Either soemthing is seriously broken or a lot has changed since the docs.
