note 68666 added to function.setcookie

If you intend to use persistent cookies (vice session cookies that are deleted when the browser is closed) be aware: 1) Firefox appears to require that you include all paramaters, or it will ignore the expiration and treat the cookie as a session cookie 2) My version of firefox (1.5.0.6) defaults to 'keep cookies until i close firefox' , which essentially makes every cookie a session cookie. This of course sucks for devs, but i suppose is supposed to be a security feature for the end user.
