After a bit of struggle I found this workaround pretty useful.
I build an admin part for my site, where left pane is navigation one, and right one displays some
content.
Both frames use sessions.
But, the only situation where these frames are being loaded simultaneously -- at the very beginning,
when user enters the framed page.
To avoid nasty hassle when one frame overwrites session of another, I decided to show only left
(navigation) pane whe user enters the page.
On the right one, simply a page with "welcome" message is shown, and no sessions are used.
Then, when user clicks links on the left pane, only right pane is updated.
Therefore, only one frame is being loaded at the time, and no sessions lockout happens.
