I tried to submit a bug report, but never got a capcha image so could not.
The wordwrap() example is wrong in the docs.
The string 'jumped over the lazy' is 21 characters long, but the example is supposed to
wordwrap at 20 characters.
This is probably because wordwrap() was broken through at least 4.3.6, probably in several different
ways. (See bug # 28386, which is a _different_ problem than the one that shows up in the example
and that I see in 4.1.2, Red Hat version 7.3.6.) It would also be very nice if someone noted the
first PHP version in which wordwrap() actually works.
