Is there any chance i can get Windows to output utf8 (e.g. for strftime)?
The Windows locale for german is German_Germany.1252 where 1252 stands for iso-8859-1...
Somewhere i found that the utf8 code is 65001 but German_Germany.65001 does not work neither does
German_Germany.UTF-8 or anything else i tried.
Does anyone have an idea?
