note 69032 added to install.xitami

Could only get PHP 4-4-4 configured to work with Xitami v2.4d9 by changing the defaults.cfg file for Xitami by hand... from [Filter] .php=D:\PHP\php.exe to [Filter] .php="d:/PHP/php.exe" Note the quotes and forward slashes. Otherwise, files seem to be found by the webserver, yet a blank page is sent to the browser. Running the sample scripts from the command line worked...
