For some reason, htmlentities() does not change the Euro sign from ⬠to €. Now I know
there are plenty of other ways to achieve this, even by using a simple str_replace(), but isn't
htmlentities() supposed to be doing this? The ISO-8859-15 charset seems to be especially added for
the Euro sign and French/Finnish letters, and I included that charset declaration in my
htmlentities()` third parameter as well. Still, ⬠just stays â¬.
Bug?
