The PHP lexical analyzer gives this token the name "T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM". It might as well have been written in Hebrew. Wait, it IS written in Hebrew. It means "double colon". I'm writing this comment mostly so that people who are searching the web for what the #(!(@*&#$ errors such as "unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM" or "missing T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM" mean get to the right page in the PHP manual.
