Note Submitter: newbie

uniformserver works great, but not on XP (relies on creating a "substitute drive", which
XP does not allow!). WAMP5 does work on XP. As a newbie, though, I am somewhat confused by the
complicted manual option, as well as the long, scary security-related notes in the
"installation" section of this webpage, compared to the 3 easy-option notes in this
section ("simple tutorial").
