If this function is 'Unlike the strrpos() before PHP 5' i.e. the needle can be a string instead of a single character, why not give a proper example of this? Your example finds a single character which could be achieved using strrpos(). ---- Server IP: 85.116.0.130 Probable Submitter: 212.159.46.245 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.strpos.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/69722 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/69722/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/69722/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/69722/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/69722/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/69722/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/69722/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/69722 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/69722 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
