note 69799 added to function.imagejpeg

Thanks to the guy who posted on 25-May-2004 07:42 i was about to hit something. For those who cannot be bothered to scroll down, if your image isn't outputting straight to the browser and you're including files. Make sure there are NO white spaces around the outsides of the <?php ?> tags.
