If the time has passed and you have not specified a date, mktime will automatically move to the next
date. For example:
$hour = '12';
$mins = '37';
$time = mktime($hour,$mins,0,date('n'),date('d'));
echo date("l dS of F Y h:i:s A",$time);
will return something like:
Monday 17th of May 2004 12:37:00 PM
When in actuality it's Sunday 16th of May.
