note 69903 added to ref.msession

i'm REALLY disappointed about the proceedings with this php module msession/mcache. Mowhak-man, we all respect that you does not get money for this and you does not have any time for anything. But please: if you want to be a part of the php project, please do things good or leave it at all! There is still neighter any tutorial how to compile and get stuff running nor even any INSTALL.TXT file that helps setting up mcache/msession and phoenixthings (thanks to sgaffga, below, by the way). Yout interface handbook is excellent but worthless is you don't explain how to set things up.
