note 69928 rejected from function.class-exists by bobby

Note Submitter: gerritt at kudosonline dot com dot au ---- the addition of the autoload Boolean is very very very bad !!!! the function is called "class_exists" not class_exists_and_autoload_it_if_it_does_not" Whoever has added this capability has broken all PEAR code when used with anything that might implement a __AUTOLOAD function. At least make the default behaviour configurable to that it can default to not try to autoload. I now have to modify all PEAR to add this parameter since all PEAR code is php4.
