note 70054 added to function.mssql-query

Unable to Connect to SQL server 2005 using PHP 5.1.6 on Windows 2000 server. I was able to connect to sql server 2000 fine. But I could not connect to SQL SERVER 2005. It appears php zip installation comes with the older version of ntwdblib.dll. After downloading the newest version of ntwdblib.dll from the following site I was able to connect to the sql server 2005. http://webzila.com/dll/1/ntwdblib.zip By the way, I palced it under system32 folder. After replacing the old one with the latest one I had to restart the IIS webserver.
