note 70121 added to faq.installation

Hello. I've been trying to install PHP on my computer with Apache 2.2 following different tutorials on the internet (including the one on the PHP site) but I always get this problem when I try to open a *.php page: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /php/php-cgi.exe/index.php on this server. I don't think i have IIS installed, at least there is no "World Wide Web Publishing" entry in my services. Please advice.
