note 70223 rejected from install.windows by bobby

Note Submitter: hisoc8y at gmail dot com ---- Hi, Im having a serious problem when i run the phpinfo() it shows that my php.ini is in C:\WINDOWS the problem is that i dont have php.ini anywhere in C:\WINDOWS. what is going on? also, in the info page, its showing me that my extension_dir is C:\php5" i dont even have that DIR on my pc.... someone help me.. im running php 5.1.6 and by the way, im running couple of websites with php pages, and its running fine. i need to install phpBB, and im getting this error: "The PHP configuration on your server doesn't support the database type that you chose" thats why im trying to change my extension_dir parameter.. my php is installed in "C:\php" PLEASE, urgently i need help
