I found the problem/bug of lg83 at free dot fr's function which can be found a few comments
lower:
You have to add the following line:
if ($mode==1) $r.=$buff;
Just put it after the the line with:
if ($mode==2) $r.="?=";
The problem was, that if there are only ASCII chars in the input, the buffer is not added to the
result.
