If the filename is 246 characters long or longer, file_exists($filename); will return true even
though the file may not exist.
For example:
<?php
$filename = "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..." // 246 characters long or longer
echo file_exists($filename); // will return 1 even though this file does not exist
?>
