If you enable using Tidy with Windows XP, Apache 2.2, and PHP 5.1.6 you will need to download the
latest tidy.dll and replace the php_tidy.dll in the /ext directory.
You can get the latest binary from http://tidy.sourceforge.net/trt/tidy_win32.zip
The version of php_tidy.dll that is distributed with the release causes a segmentation fault in
Windows with a CLI error when running php.exe from the command line. It will also cause Apache
shutdown command to have errors.
