note 71032 added to faq.html

i have form like this:

when i submit form, i need update every records with checkbox names.
I CANNOT FOUND/READ "NOT CHECKED" CHECKBOX NAMES. I don't know which names i have to
update to false, because it is not in $_POST array. I cannot compare checkbox names because i
don't have checkbox names from previous select, previous form. Checkbox names is various,
depend on user select.
