note 71267 added to reserved.variables

Just a quick thank you to "NeoSmart Technologies," that workaround just saved my life! I was trying to implement a WP-plugin that redirects all non-used permalinks to the actual permalink via a 301-permenantly-moved header, but it obviously considered all working permalinks OK until I used the IIS REQUEST_URI workaround!
