note 71404 added to function.ldap-sasl-bind

Does anyone know if GSSAPI support based on the patches which were in CVS (I believe sniper-at-php-dot-net had put this in based on bug report: 30819) has made it to the recent release? If not, could someone kindly point me to the patch (if it's still out there).
