note 71409 added to ref.curl

I was having problems with Authorize.net and the SSL cert matching even after adding: curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, 0); What I found after a lot of stumbling was I needed to set VERIFYHOST to FALSE.
