note 71670 added to install.windows

Why even bother with the installer when it just doesn't work? I'm running a plain vanilla default out of the box install of Win2k3. Absolute fresh install (VMware Instance), and it doesn't work. Sorry, not ready for prime time. Not even late night. It may be popular, but so are Adam Sandler and Snoopy Dog Doo. Another example of open source over hype. This will get deleted, because moderators will think it's not a comment. Consider it a warning for anyone who thinks this is going to be a quick and easy install.
