note 71755 added to function.copy

I do not know how to solve this problem. I want to upload images and I get this message: Warning: copy(/home/procash/hometownescorts.com/pictures/20061214054914.gif): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/procash/hometownescorts.com/newescort.php on line 204 I tried everything, even using move_uploaded_file(), I checked for every possible setting on server and everything seems to be ok, but... Can anyone suggest something...
