Two little notes:
1: In PHP Version 4.3.2
<code>
define ("HEIGHTMODEL", 177);
define ("BOTTOM_BAR", 17);
define ("BORDER_BOTTOM", HEIGHTMODEL-BOTTOM_BAR+1);
</code>
does not work!! BORDER_BOTTOM is 178, not 161 as you'd expect. PHP does not seem to like
multiple constants to be used to define another constant. Weird.
2: Also - to everybody using <code>if (DEBUG)</code> and what not, just use
<code>assert()</code> instead with the nice stack trace functions people have provided
on other pages. <code>assert()</code> statement get ignored completely if you switch
them off so they are more efficient.

Anthony
ps: sorry, I don't know how to get syntax highlighting to work :(
