i've tried using id3_set_tag, and it consistently sets the tag ( i'm using ID3_V1_0, and
consistently reads the tag within php. but when I take a tagged file and look at it in the Windows
properties window, or iTunes, the comments field is blank or "0" ( zero ). wtf?
