The examples on this page for partial file resuming don't see to work correctly.
Downloading a file using wget -c http//www.example.com/file
and breaking the download and comparing the files using md5's and sha1, it seems they differ.
But on non partial downloads they work as stated. Now prehaps they do work correctly and its
wget's fault, but this is a warning to those that need such things to work absolutely right.
