Note Submitter: Kesiyal at gmail dot com ---- I always understood 'The MAX_FILE_SIZE hidden field (measured in bytes) must precede the file input field,' as being *if you provided such field*. After all, there is little sense in sending the max size after the whole file has arrived. However, after suffering upload problems (file wasn't uploaded) and comparing with a simpler working script, i found that it fixed adding MAX_FILE_SIZE (same file, same script, only the hidden input disappearing/appearing). Thus if you are having problems on the upload, try adding that field. It won't hurt anything anyway. bug or feature?
