a little bugfix to greg dot linton at gmail dot com function:
you have to change:

with

else
{
if( $action == '+' )
{
$ending = $var[ 0 ] . '=' . urlencode( $var[ 1 ] );
}
}
?>
otherwise when using function like this
<?php
$url = ChangeQuery( '-', 'test' );
echo $url;
?>
you will see: index.php?t=e
