note 72962 deleted from function.floatval by nlopess

Note Submitter: etnemelcjr ---- hi.. im having problem with adding negative and positive numbers.. my numbers are in an array.. what i do is i add teo double type numbers.. sample: 9278.88 + -9278.88 and etc.. well, most of the sum of the two numbers are correct, but there are instances that the answer is wrong.. im sure i have the right number. but still 9278.88 + -9278.88 ives 1.818988787E-012 answer.. i dont understand.. i tried to identify if the numbers are numbers and it is. i tried is_numeric.. evrything is ok with the dat. i just dont understand why it gives an E-012 answer.. please help.. thanks a lot!
