Windows installer 5.2 intructions say:
* The PHP 4 CGI is named php.exe while in PHP 5 it's php-cgi.exe. In PHP 5, php.exe is the CLI,
and not the CGI.
However the 5.2 installer does not have a php-cgi.exe file in the installed PHP folder. It only has
the php.exe.
Where is my php-cgi.exe in 5.2????
