In the german manual to fsockopen() it tells you that a integer is returned, instead of a ressource.
(e.g. http://de.php.net/manual/de/function.fsockopen.php
)
This can be confusing if one is used to only have a quick glance at the function declaration and
return type. Of course always a ressource is being returned on success and no integer. Probably
someone wants to fix this error in the german (and maybe others?) documentation and remove this
comment afterwards.
