note 73231 added to ref.mssql

Found a problem that i can't explain. maybe bug. I have PHP 4.4.1 on IIS installed. and working with remote MSSQL server. I'm trying to execute stored procedure on MSSQL and all run great until the TABLE will have trigger inside.
